Terms & Conditions — cuan14 Platform Rules

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the cuan14 online gaming and sports betting website accessible at https://cuan14.app and all associated sub-pages, services, and features.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a Player on the cuan14 Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's cuan14 Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by cuan14 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed by a Player using real-money Balance or Bonus Balance on the cuan14 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by cuan14 before processing withdrawal requests.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the cuan14 Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player protection features available on the cuan14 member dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the time zone used as the default reference for all Platform operating hours, draw schedules, and customer service availability.

By registering an Account or by continuing to use the cuan14 Platform after any published amendment to these Terms, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by the full content of these Terms, together with the cuan14 Privacy Policy and any specific rules applicable to individual games, promotions, or features, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and cuan14 with respect to your use of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion or game rule, the more specific document shall prevail with respect to that specific matter only.

cuan14 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on cuan14, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. cuan14 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old. Age verification may be required at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from within Indonesia or from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be self-excluded from cuan14 or any other gaming platform through a self-exclusion program that is binding on cuan14.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee or contractor of cuan14 or its affiliated game studios and payment providers, unless prior written consent has been obtained.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.

To access the full features of the cuan14 Platform, including placing Wagers and making withdrawals, you must register a valid Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• One Account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on cuan14 at any given time. Registration of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and contact number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account closure.
• Account verification (KYC): cuan14 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, bank statement, or proof of address — before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and delay of pending withdrawals.
• Registration currency: All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). cuan14 does not offer multi-currency accounts. All deposits, Wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in IDR.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. cuan14 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not reused across other services.

You must notify cuan14 immediately via the 24/7 live chat channel if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, believe your credentials have been compromised, or notice any transactions you did not authorize. cuan14 will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

cuan14 implements 256-bit SSL encryption, new-device login verification, and automatic session timeout on all Accounts as baseline security measures. However, no security system is infallible, and you accept that you use the Platform at your own risk with respect to third-party threats outside cuan14's reasonable control.

cuan14 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following local payment methods: BCA virtual account, BRI transfer, BNI transfer, Mandiri transfer, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available payment methods and their respective minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your member dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Processing time: Deposits made via bank transfer and e-wallet methods are typically credited to your cuan14 Balance within 30 seconds of confirmed payment. Processing times may be longer during periods of high network traffic or scheduled bank maintenance windows.
• Deposit ownership: You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members or friends — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and return of funds.
• No deposit fees: cuan14 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer fees, for which cuan14 accepts no responsibility.
• Failed deposits: If a deposit is debited from your payment account but not credited to your cuan14 Balance within 15 minutes, contact our 24/7 live chat team with your transaction reference number for immediate investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 unless otherwise specified.
• KYC requirement: A completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is approved. First-time withdrawal requests will prompt a KYC review if not already completed. Please allow up to 24 hours for document review during peak periods.
• Processing time: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during WIB business hours (09:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing at the start of the next business window.
• Wagering completion: Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal of the corresponding balance is permitted. Real-money Balance not associated with an active bonus is available for withdrawal at any time subject to KYC completion.
• Withdrawal to own account: Withdrawals are only processed to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own legal name, matching the KYC documentation on file. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal limits: Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily withdrawal caps are published in the cashier section and are subject to change. cuan14 reserves the right to process large withdrawal requests in multiple installments.

cuan14 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to Indonesian holidays such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion page states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement — the total amount that must be wagered before the bonus (and any winnings derived from it) can be converted to withdrawable Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window and wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Unclaimed or unexpired bonuses will be automatically removed from the Account at expiry.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, roulette, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly permits otherwise.
• Abuse prevention: cuan14 reserves the right to refuse, void, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects the promotion is being misused, including through coordinated betting, stake manipulation, or exploitation of promotional terms. Determination of abuse is at cuan14's sole discretion.
• No cash alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money outside of the wagering process. Bonuses are non-transferable between Accounts.

All bets and game rounds placed on the cuan14 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question, as provided by the relevant game studio or sportsbook engine. In addition, the following general rules apply across all products:

• Finality of results: Once a bet has been confirmed or a game round has commenced, the result is final and binding. Technical issues on the Player's device (including internet disconnection, browser crash, or power failure) do not entitle the Player to a void or refund unless cuan14's own servers registered an incomplete round, in which case bets are voided and stakes returned.
• Sportsbook settlement: Football, badminton, MotoGP, and esports bets are settled according to official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, BWF for badminton events, FIM for MotoGP). Void bets are settled at stake-return odds of 1.00.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits: Each game and market carries its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed within the game interface or sportsbook bet slip. cuan14 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or game session.
• Provably fair games: Crash games including Spribe Aviator use blockchain-verifiable provably fair outcomes. Verification instructions are available within the game interface.
• Currency: All Wagers and payouts are denominated in IDR. No currency conversion takes place on the Platform.

The following actions constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Balance and bonuses:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to generate winnings; any winnings derived from a known error are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in money laundering, financing of any unlawful activity, or using cuan14 as a conduit for processing funds of unlawful origin.
• Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your own name.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your Account.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or e-wallet provider without first contacting cuan14 support to resolve the dispute directly.

All content on the cuan14 Platform — including but not limited to the cuan14 brand name and logo, website design, graphical elements, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of cuan14 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, license, or interest in any such intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any cuan14 intellectual property without prior written consent from cuan14. Unauthorized use of cuan14's intellectual property may give rise to legal action.

cuan14 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

cuan14 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

cuan14 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and preventing gambling-related harm among its Members. The following Responsible Gaming Tools are available to every registered Member free of charge via the member dashboard, effective immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can lose. Loss limit decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an in-Platform notification after a specified period of continuous play (e.g., 1 hour, 2 hours).
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place Wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from cuan14. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the selected exclusion period (minimum 6 months). cuan14 will make every reasonable effort to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cuan14 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity arising in connection with the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services — including game outages, server maintenance windows, or payment provider downtime — whether or not advance notice was given.
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, payouts, or game outcomes resulting from third-party data feed failures, provided cuan14 takes reasonable corrective action upon becoming aware of the error.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability is not permitted by law, cuan14's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by such law. In all cases, cuan14's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cuan14 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3.
• A valid self-exclusion or regulatory exclusion order.
• cuan14's decision to discontinue services to a particular jurisdiction or region.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, cuan14 reserves the right to forfeit the Account's Balance and any pending bonuses or winnings. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (e.g., voluntary closure), any real-money Balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method after deducting any outstanding promotional obligations.

Members who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of verification.

cuan14 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms is always available at https://cuan14.app/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current version entered into force.

For material amendments — including changes that affect withdrawal conditions, bonus terms, or eligibility criteria — cuan14 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered Members via the email address on file. For minor amendments (e.g., typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause), cuan14 may update the Terms without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange voluntary Account closure before the amendment's effective date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law, with specific reference to the laws of the jurisdiction in which cuan14 holds its operating license. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that online gaming operates in a complex legal environment in Indonesia and that you take full personal responsibility for ensuring that your use of cuan14 is lawful under the regulations applicable to your specific location.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to cuan14's customer support team for resolution through good-faith negotiation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause limits cuan14's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent or restrain any breach of these Terms by a Member.
